Right now I'm praising God for your post that reminded me to stop and praise.

Blessings,
PamelaPamelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14577919062812348914noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-86563362162856229.post-26151818444006818422011-07-19T23:08:31.816-05:002011-07-19T23:08:31.816-05:00Clicking over from Soli Deo Gloria...great job enc...Clicking over from Soli Deo Gloria...great job encouraging me to go deeper.Amy Sullivanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03571083038560430815noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-86563362162856229.post-47267151786540848522011-07-19T17:25:26.808-05:002011-07-19T17:25:26.808-05:00I'm ruminating on the sacrifice of praise. Maybe you'd be interested in linking up something like this at the Hear It, Use It community at my place on Mondays? I don't know the answer.
Sometimes, for me, I have to speak aloud. I am reminded of David, and somehow I imagine he spoke (and we know that he did sing) some of his prayers aloud. Speaking aloud is sometimes what I need to do. You ask a good question. I'd like to learn more about this.

Your flowers are simply gorgeous. That orchid, that rose... such beauty! I like so much on your gratitude list. My mom found this one when she was buying groceries for me and added it to the cart for some cheer. We'll see how long it survives, but it's pretty for now.tinuvielhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06462001159262770932noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-86563362162856229.post-31411009491812867232011-07-18T16:01:17.188-05:002011-07-18T16:01:17.188-05:00I love how you walked me through this scripture. What you say is true...sometimes it does require a laying down of my will. Fascinating to consider. I've been trying to "slow down and chew" a bit lately and this post is a great encouragement to me in that regard.

Beautiful photos!Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08263995875732832349noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-86563362162856229.post-47345360683443485092011-07-18T13:55:36.944-05:002011-07-18T13:55:36.944-05:00Enjoyed slowly savoring the verse with you here.
